“I booked 2 rooms. Our friends room was so dirty they tried cleaning it themselves but when they pulled back the covers and discovered the bed was full of hair, they checked out and went to another hotel. Our room the bed had an odor and I found several hairs in the bathroom and on the towels. The bathroom floor was dirty and the whole hotel needed painted and updated. Do not recommend”

“Brand new property very clean extremely helpful front desk staff. My only knock was a lot of housekeeping staff smoked outside property and the smell carried with them into hotel.”

“Staff was wonderful and helpful and you can tell they are trying. Unfortunately 1st night room must have been a former smoking room bc it was such a strong smell. We were thankful to be moved to a true non-smoking room. Breakfast well definitely nothing to write home about. No amenities. It worked for a track meet since everything else was sold out closer to Charleston, but definitely wouldn't stay there again.”

“The sink wouldn't drain. The toilet didn't always flush. The bathtub was stained. The ice machine didn't work. There wasn't always someone at the front desk. But the air conditioner was good and cold.”

“Was very disappointed that I had to come to the front desk every night and ask for my door key to be activated. Also was very upset that we were made aware of the pool being closed down. Was extremely upsetting to walk by the front desk from the 4th floor in all our swimwear and nobody say anything.”

“Great location, nice-dog friendly hotel. This is right off the freeway, has many places to eat nearby. We highly recommend trying The Firefly grill one block away Everyone on staff was very nice.”

We could not use the pool, closed for cleaning. The breakfast was good at the restaurant. We couldn’t try dinner as it was Sunday so only limited bar food. We will definitely stay again.”
